 LOCATION: ARGENTINA

I’m starting the new year off by traveling South America. Like I’ve said before, I’ve always felt that South America often gets overlooked. It is a truly magnificent place and always brings me joy during my visits. One of my favorite places there is Argentina and that is where my adventures began. I usually opt for Buenos Aires but this time I got to explore the Iguazú part of it.

With thunder and heavy rainfalls being a daily thing during my visit, I opted to do something a bit touristy and a lot of fun. That’s how I stubbled upon the ICEBAR Iguazú, located in the providence of Misiones. With it’s fun concept how could I say no…

Upon arriving I was given gloves and a coat that practically drowned over me yet as I entered the bar I couldn’t help but be thankful for the heavy layer. The ice decor was fun and simple with lights changing colors by the second. The half an hour that I spent there sipping colorful cocktails from a glass made of ice were truly fun and memorable. A genuinely fun escape.
